1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Waynav (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Waynav provides AI-assisted trip planning tools that generate suggested itineraries and synchronize trip events to your Google Calendar. Outputs are informational and may require user review.

3. Account Registration

You must register using Google authentication. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and all activity under it.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5. Google Calendar Access

You authorize Waynav to manage calendar events on your behalf. Access may be revoked at any time through your Google account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt unauthorized access.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Waynav a limited, non-exclusive license to host and process your content solely to operate the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All Service software, design, and branding are owned by Waynav and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or suitability of travel information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waynav shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. You may delete your account at any time.
